A Place to Share

We called her Karu because her eyes always let you know how she was feeling. She totally loved life, she would always bring you her ball once you stepped outside, and if you tried to ignore her, she would go and find a stick for you to throw. She loved being a sibling in our whanau and would hang out with the kids and their mates like she was a young adult as well. She also knew when someone wasn't well and would lie around showing her sad eyes until they felt better.

The last year has been the hardest, at nearly 14yrs she slowed down and was always in pain. A huge thanks to Care Vets who absolutely suit their name, you tried so hard but at the end of the day we know she is with her dad in heaven, chasing that ball until her heart's content. We will always love you Karu ❤️
